Run a hot bath, light a candle, add magnesium flakes or a few drops of lavender oil. This is nervous system gold. Just 20 minutes can help you sleep deeper and feel more grounded.
2️⃣ Book a weekend away (or dream about it!)

3️⃣ Cook something colourful and fresh

No pressure. No perfection. Whether it’s tennis with friends, a solo run, or dancing in your kitchen – just move in a way that makes you smile.
6️⃣ Start your day with a matcha moment
Swap your morning scroll for a quiet matcha or herbal tea in a calm space. Slow mornings = more energy all day long.
7️⃣ Laugh with people who get you
One great conversation can shift your whole energy. Make space for the friends who lift you up and make you feel seen.
8️⃣ Declutter your space
Spring is the season to clear out what no longer serves. Tidy a drawer, your wardrobe, or your inbox – and feel the shift in your mind too.
9️⃣ Explore somewhere new (even nearby)
You don’t have to jump on a plane. Try a new park, café, boutique or trail. A change in scenery = a spark in your mindset.
