My name is Nicola
I’m a certified health coach and I help ambitious women over 40 reduce stress, restore energy and release stubborn weight using a calm-first, science-supported approach. Like many of the women I work with, I spent years doing everything “right”, training hard, staying busy and pushing through fatigue, yet my body felt increasingly tired, puffy and unresponsive.
The turning point came when I realised that stress, not lack of effort, was the missing piece. Learning to work with my body, rather than constantly pushing it, changed everything. Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition, intelligent movement and nervous-system support to help women feel lighter, calmer and more in control, without dieting harder or adding more pressure. My work is practical, personalised, and designed to fit real life, because sustainable change should feel supportive, not exhausting.
