I’m Nicola Eastwood, a certified Health Coach and creator of the NIX HEALTH Method, a 12-week programme to rebuild energy, body confidence, and vibrancy, so you can go from exhausted to empowered without burnout or perfectionism.
I help ambitious, wellness-loving mums in their 40s and 50s navigating divorce, an empty nest, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Women who are done with quick fixes and want lasting energy, confidence, and habits that fit into their real lives.
With over 25 years in PR, fashion, and lifestyle, and as a single mum of three, I understand the relentless pressure to perform and keep everything together. Alongside my love of running, tennis, and coaching, I’ve lived the cortisol-driven exhaustion, rebuilt from the inside out, and discovered how food, movement, recovery, and mindset must work in harmony.
When we align these, everything shifts: your body, your confidence, your spark for life. And my mission is clear: to help you become the most energised, resilient version of yourself, starting now.

Navigating divorce and single parenting forced some of the hardest decisions of my life and taught me the power of taking control. That season became the turning point that redefined who I am.
Today, I choose to live fully, moving freely, laughing loudly, and showing up with energy I never thought I’d get back. Prioritising my health became non-negotiable, and now, I help other women do the same.
