Sweet, chocolatey, and so easy to make—these are the perfect energy boost with zero processed ingredients! Naturally sweet from dates and raisins, they’re a delicious alternative to store-bought snacks.

Recipe:
🥜 160g cashew nuts
🌴 160g medjool dates (pitted & halved)
🍇 50g raisins
🍫 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
🍊 Zest of 2 oranges

Blitz everything in a food processor, press into a lined tin, chill, and slice. That’s it—no baking, just pure whole-food goodness. These are naturally high in sugar, so a little goes a long way! Perfect with a coffee or post-workout.
