Glowing Green Energy Smoothie
A vibrant, feel-good smoothie that supports heart health, digestion, bone strength, immunity and energy β all in one glass. π
π₯¬ Ingredients (serves 1β2):
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1 apple, cored and quartered (no need to peel)
1 orange, peeled and quartered
ΒΌ lemon, peeled and pith removed
5g fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (optional for a zingy kick)
50β60g fresh baby spinach (a good handful)
150g ice cubes
200ml cold water (or coconut water for a tropical twist)
β¨ Optional add-ins:
1β2 tbsp chia seeds or 30g cashew nuts for extra fibre and healthy fats
Up to 350β400g total fruit if you want to swap or bulk it out
π Method:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (around 30β60 seconds depending on your blender).
Pour into a glass, sip slowly and feel amazing.

Freeze extra fruit in portions to have smoothie-ready ingredients anytime.
Add more water if you prefer a lighter texture, or extra ice for a thicker, colder result.
