Summer BERRIES Smoothie

Light, refreshing and packed with energy-boosting ingredients

This is a great quick smoothie when I want something light, nourishing, and hydrating. Perfect for warm mornings, post-tennis, or a quick energy lift that won’t weigh you down.

🌿 Ingredients

(Serves 1)

  • 1 handful frozen mixed berries

  • ½ a banana

  • 1 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 small handful fresh spinach

  • 2 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)

  • 200–250ml cold water (adjust for desired consistency)

🥣 Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and vibrant.

  3. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately.
