Summer BERRIES Smoothie
Light, refreshing and packed with energy-boosting ingredients
This is a great quick smoothie when I want something light, nourishing, and hydrating. Perfect for warm mornings, post-tennis, or a quick energy lift that won’t weigh you down.
🌿 Ingredients
(Serves 1)
1 handful frozen mixed berries
½ a banana
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 small handful fresh spinach
2 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)
200–250ml cold water (adjust for desired consistency)
🥣 Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and vibrant.
Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately.
